Blade Packing Machine

 

It is a special packing machine exactly designed for packing two edge razor blade. From feeding to inner wax-paper packing and pasted till outside paper packing two edge razor blade can by packed automatic by this machine. There are two operating way including automatic and manual automatic, easy and safety to operate. 


2. Design Theory
Main shift is moved by motor though gear shift to distribute power to each working station. Based on division of function each working station run by moving power to finish the feeding, inner packing, pasting and final packing together.   

3. Design Feature
  (1) Machine body and each station are block castled; they are so stability to ensure the high precision of running.
  (2) Proper design, pinpoint control, proper wedge graft ensure every working station running effectively to get optimum packing result.
  (3) Detecting and screening facility can detect and sift out empty packing to waste recoverer.
(4)Gas blower is provided by air pump when working.
